At Lumen Lifestyle, we want you to love your purchase. Our products are made with care, and your satisfaction means everything to us. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If for any reason you’re not fully happy, we offer a 75-day satisfaction guarantee designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

• Items must be in their original, resalable condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return unless covered by the satisfaction guarantee.

• You must have used the product consistently for at least 75 days without seeing visible improvement. Refund requests must be submitted within 6 months of the purchase date.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or refund, you can contact us at hello@lumenlifestyle.co.uk with your order number and details of your purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including opened or used personal care products; sale, bundle, promotional, or discounted items; gift cards or digital purchases and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items); and limited-edition items. If you have any questions about your item’s eligibility, please reach out before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a new item is to return your original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
