At Lumen Lifestyle, we’re committed to ensuring your experience is smooth from checkout to delivery. Please find details about our shipping, delivery timelines, returns, and guarantees below.

 

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. A business day is considered Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details and a link to monitor delivery progress. Please note, some orders may arrive in multiple packages.


We currently ship via Royal Mail and other trusted couriers. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the UK on orders of £45 or more. Orders under £45 will incur a standard shipping fee, visible at checkout. With the exception of special promotions, holidays, or new launches, orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed.

 

Express Shipping

Need it sooner? Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any modifications or cancellations.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you may sign in to "My Account" on lumenlifestyle.co.uk to view your order status and shipment details.

 

International Shipping

Lumen Lifestyle proudly ships to selected international destinations. International delivery rates and estimated timelines will be calculated at checkout based on location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply. Please note, international orders are final sale and not eligible for return due to customs restrictions.

 

Duties & Taxes Refund

Please note that we cannot refund original shipping, duties, taxes, or associated fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price only.

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Lumen products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 75-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’ve used your products consistently for 75 days and have not seen visible improvement, you may be eligible for a full refund of the product price.

To qualify, the product must have been used correctly, and the refund request must be made within 6 months of the purchase date. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they fall under the satisfaction guarantee policy. Products must be in their original, resalable condition for standard returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Sale & Discounted Items

Only regularly priced items may be returned for a refund or exchange. Bundles, kits, promotional, discounted, or discontinued items are final sale and not eligible for return. The determination of eligibility for returns is at the sole discretion of Lumen Lifestyle.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as it immediately enters our fulfilment system. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all details are correct.

Lumen Lifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. For such issues, please contact the courier directly.

 

Multiple Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to merge multiple orders once placed. Each order generates a separate fulfilment request. If you would like all items shipped together, you may cancel all unfulfilled orders and place a new combined order
